EAST ANGLIA SURVIVORS ENTERPRISE

About our organisation...

E.A.S.E. was formed in 2004 by women survivors of Domestic Violence who found that there was no similar support for survivors.

  • E.A.S.E. runs coffee mornings in various areas throughout East Anglia.  This is to offer a place to go and a chance to meet with others who have been through similar events in their lives for a chat in a relaxed, informal and non judgemental environment, providing confidential and supportive friendship to its members.
  • E.A.S.E. offers a signposting facility to have information for the individual needs as and when required.  To hold information on a range of services.
  • E.A.S.E. runs various training courses throughout the year in order for women to build their confidence and to achieve Certificates.  Recent courses that we have held are Food & Hygeine, First Aid, Self Awareness and Money Management.
  • As E.A.S.E. is a voluntary organisation we solely rely on funding and donations
  • E.A.S.E. has a freephone support line which is personally manned and does not go through to a call centre.  There is an answer phone and please do leave a message and your call will be returned.

LONG TERM DIRECTION and GOALS

  • To provide coffee mornings in and around East Anglia for all women and children survivors of domestic violence.
  • To provide training courses to enable women and children to build their self confidence and awareness and to feel some self achievement.
